Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts
Collaborate with Pricing Team to develop budgets
Monitor and analyze costs to identify trends and variances
Work with logistics and sales departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Present findings and recommendations to senior management
Implement cost control processes and procedures
Assist in the preparation of budget planning and financial reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Experience with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Infor M3 and Infor FIN a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proven track record of working in a cost analysis or related role
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience in financial analysis or cost accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
Familiarity with Infor Nexus and Infor M3 systems is a major plus
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
