Administrative Assistant
Inceed is a staffing direct placement firm that is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join a great company. The role involves providing crucial administrative support and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations until March 1st.
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Provide information to callers and take dictation
Compose memos and transcribe notes
Research and create presentations
Generate reports and handle multiple projects
Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports
Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
2-5+ years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred
Experience in a similar administrative role
Creativity and latitude in task management
