This role focuses on system administration, performance optimization, upgrades, transports, and ensuring stability, security, and availability of SAP environments while partnering closely with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities
Provide SAP Basis consulting and operational support across environments
Lead and execute system upgrades, patches, and kernel updates
Monitor SAP systems and proactively resolve performance issues
Manage transports, client copies, and system refresh activities
Support release management and coordinate with functional teams
Ensure SAP system security, availability, and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as an SAP Basis Consultant (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
Hands-on expertise in SAP installations, upgrades, and system migrations
Proficiency in transport management (STMS) and system monitoring
Performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
SAP security, user administration, and authorization concepts
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix OS and databases (HANA preferred)
