Responsibilities

Develop, update, and review contract funding and financial data within the accounting ERP system

Analyze financial data, download reports, and create supporting spreadsheets

Assist with the preparation of monthly financial and program status reports

Review invoices and compile financial findings for internal and external stakeholders

Support subcontractor management activities, including funding tracking and invoicing

Prepare and maintain Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EAC)

Perform spend planning, burn rate analysis, budgeting, and cost monitoring

Manage travel and Other Direct Cost (ODC) expenses

Conduct financial analysis and provide ad hoc support as required

Support bi-annual Program Reviews

Assist with pricing activities and timekeeping/expense administration as needed

Required

3 years' experience with Bachelor's Degree (or 7 years of relevant experience)

Experience with Jamis Prime, or similar Accounting Software

Experience supporting DoD or federal government contracts

Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR, CAS, DCMA/DCAA, and basic estimating methodologies

Must be able to support program control activities across all types of Federal Government programs (FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Must be able to work with multiple Program Managers, Director of Finance, President and billing department

Must have strong analytical skills as well as technical skills creating spreadsheets in MS Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work part time, on average of 25 hours per week based in EST time zone

Preferred

Experience with DCAA-approved labor pricing
