Retail

Responsibilities

Shoot, create, edit, and publish content for TikTok and Instagram
Help build and maintain secondary accounts on other platforms
Research and connect with brands and influencers for collaborations
Research, collect, and organize content for reposting and sharing. Identify trends for Mood to capitalize on
Pitch creative content ideas to enhance our calendar and content output
Help produce analytics reports on the performance of our accounts

Required

Experienced with shooting, lighting, and editing clean, high-quality content for social media
Experienced with social media planning, scheduling, and analytics software
A strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
Ability to spot trends and apply them strategically
Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.)
Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Experience filming and recording content with attention to lighting, framing, and audio
Photography and/or videography skills
Motion graphics or animation experience
Experience managing or growing personal or brand social media accounts
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance metrics
Strong written communication for captions, hooks, and short copy
Understanding of brand voice, audience targeting, and storytelling
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with deadlines
Open to feedback and rapid iteration
