Senior Strategist, Paid Social
Socium Media is a performance marketing agency recognized as one of Adweek’s Fastest Growing Agencies in the U.S. The Senior Strategist, Paid Social will manage day-to-day paid social operations for clients, lead strategy calls, and collaborate to create effective paid media strategies.

Responsibilities
Run day-to-day paid social operations for clients that could span across multiple verticals
Fully manage and take sole “ownership,” as an account lead, of at least one client within the first two months, depending on business needs
Launch, manage, and conduct frequent testing on campaigns
Lead weekly touchpoint and strategy calls for your client(s)
Collaborate across channel teams to create blended paid media strategies with the client’s KPIs and goals as the north star
Stay on top of your clients’ competitive landscape and industry changes
Prioritize knowledge sharing with channel and account teams, step in to offer a helping hand to channel team members when appropriate
Play an integral role as a team member on a number of our larger accounts
Qualification
Required
Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills (there is a reason this is the first bullet—it's our most important qualification)
Comfortability managing budgets of at least 6 figures in ad spend per month
3+ years of experience in day-to-day management of paid social campaigns on Facebook/Instagram
B2C e-commerce & direct response experience
Able to discuss advanced technical concepts and strategic plans in a clear and concise manner to a wide range of audiences
Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and formulas to help drive efficiencies for day-to-day tasks; pivot tables, Vlookups, SUMIFS, are your jam
Experience running TikTok/Pinterest/Twitter campaigns
A working knowledge of Google campaigns and the components of a product feed
Analytical thinker—always asking the 'why' and not afraid to speak up
Comfortable taking initiative to create new internal company processes that improve workflows
