Quantitative Research Associate Director

The Quantitative Research Associate Director will oversee the design and execution of custom quantitative research initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning with both execution and client strategy in mind, collaborating across departments to ensure smooth execution and shared understanding
Develop screeners, questionnaires and analytical plans to effectively address research a wide range of research using both established and innovative techniques
Apply data processing and statistical principles (including complex variables) to manipulate data and explore hypotheses
Ensure quality control across all project phases - questionnaire design, programming, data processing, and reporting
Work collaboratively with both junior and senior team members to elevate research output and client success
Create clear, visually compelling reports that combine data analysis, presentation design, and editorial insight. Write concise, actionable headlines and summarize key findings. Use best practices in data visualization to enhance clarity & impact. Partner with senior leaders to translate insights into strategic business value
Mentor and guide more junior analysts, providing feedback and fostering skill development
Understand and implement digital project related tools, both internal and external, to enhance project efficiencies and data analysis
Attend and contribute to client meetings and presentations
Build strong client relationships through keen project oversight that balances internal needs and client needs, earning trust as a knowledgeable resource
Keep up-to-date and knowledgeable about your clients’ businesses, industries and/or customers
Contribute to internal initiatives, training, and process improvements
Keep abreast of industry changes
Share knowledge and experience with C+R staff
Special projects as required

Qualification
Required
5+ years of total marketing insights related experience with at least 3 years in a research supplier/agency role, hands-on experience conducting custom market research projects
Self-starter with full project management abilities
Exceptional communication skills- written, verbal and visual
A proven record of exemplary client service
Ability to juggle numerous concurrent projects and tasks with minimal supervision
Proven history of problem solving and exhibiting leadership managing projects
Enthusiastic, engaged, and positive attitude
Attention to detail and accuracy
Significant, hands-on experience using Microsoft Office products
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
