Reconfigure UKG (Pro/Ready/Dimensions) background settings, including pay and earning codes
Design and maintain interfaces between UKG and ADP
Map and translate pay codes and payroll elements from UKG to ADP
Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues
Document changes, validate data, and support payroll/HR teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years with UKG configuration and integration
UKG Pro and Payroll is required
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas)
Knowledge of UDES, APIs and integrations between HRIS and other business systems
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, data mapping, and interfaces
Skilled in troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication
Preferred
Knowledge of UKG Workforce Management Dimensions (Kronos)
California payroll experience
