Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end architecture of Oracle Fusion Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
Oversee and guide the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Service and related CX modules
Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Service and other enterprise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions
Develop and enhance custom applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood UX to improve user experience and functionality
Work closely with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
Provide guidance to developers, functional consultants, and support teams to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency
Ensure solutions adhere to security policies, compliance requirements, and industry standards
Develop technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams
Maintain and pursue continuing education opportunities, such as training and certification exams
Participate on internal projects
Provide expertise and help to others, as needed, on projects
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science - related field or commensurate experience required
3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Service
Proficiency in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) or Redwood UX
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Oracle Cloud Certification in Fusion Service or related CX modules
