Work on open-ended analytical problems related to operations, costs, and performance
Turn raw, sometimes messy data into clear insights and recommendations
Build models, frameworks, and metrics to support operational decisions
Support both ongoing monitoring and ad-hoc strategic analysis
Create clear documentation, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in analytics (in operations, finance, or a related field)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Strong written and verbal English
Proactiveness and curiosity
Remote work experience
Preferred
Startup experience
Background in economics, industrial engineering, business, or data
Experience with BI tools, SQL, or automation
