They are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service while supporting existing customers and contributing to agency growth through cross-selling and referrals.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-office interactions
Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
Educate existing customers on coverage options and additional lines of insurance
Confidently identify cross-sell opportunities and ask customers about unmet insurance needs
Generate referrals and support agency retention and growth goals
Work collaboratively with the sales and service team to deliver a seamless customer experience

Qualification

Washington Property & Casualty licenseCross-selling insurance productsCustomer service experienceCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsDetail-orientedOrganizational abilitiesTeam-focused mindset

Required

Active Washington Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Comfortable and confident discussing and cross-selling additional insurance products to existing customers
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Preferred

Prior customer service, insurance, or office experience preferred
