This role leads the testing, commissioning, documentation, and closeout phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and client expectations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, startup, and system turnover activities
Manage all closeout documentation, including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, training materials, and certifications
Work with field teams, commissioning agents, inspectors, and clients to complete final inspections and punch lists
Track deficiencies and ensure timely resolution through project closeout
Support final system acceptance and owner turnover
Provide regular closeout status updates to project teams and leadership
Ensure closeout activities comply with contractual, regulatory, and client requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience commissioning and closing out mechanical and plumbing systems on commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, testing procedures, and construction documentation
Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency with construction project management and document control software
