Responsibilities

Acts as liaison to bridge Finance and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project objectives working closely with IT to extract, analyze and interpret data
Takes on special projects as assigned by the Controller assisting with planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities to ensure successful delivery
Heavy involvement in the month-end close process
Manage payroll processing and reporting functions including 1099 processing
Manage business licensing and property tax compliance
Other activities as assigned by the Controller or upper Management
