Gate One is a digital and business transformation consultancy that challenges traditional consulting approaches. They are seeking an experienced Consulting Manager to design and deliver transformation programs, lead teams, and nurture client relationships.

Responsibilities

Scoping, leading and delivering our major and complex transformation programs

Leading blended delivery teams on client engagements

Using leadership and coaching skills, representing junior colleagues through the performance management process

Nurturing client advisory relationships, key accounts and partnerships

Contributing to key account growth and support BD activities

Contributing to strategic internal projects, capability & team development and co-leading internal events

Required

Consulting experience working in a recognised management consultancy business

Operating at Manager grade

Experience across several of our core capabilities: digital and data transformation, customer experience, operating model, culture & change management, transformation strategy

End to end project management expertise with strong change management skills

Versatility to work across a range of sectors

Experience must include a range of industry sectors

Some previous personal contribution to key account growth and business development activities eg. co-leading meetings with new clients, identifying new opportunities within existing clients

Experience leading and managing teams of management consultants
