This role is critical to keeping frontline field teams moving by managing job orders across SAP and Salesforce and resolving data and workflow issues that impact daily operations.

Responsibilities
Manage, execute, and maintain job orders in SAP and Salesforce
Support scheduling and workflow coordination for gas line installations, repairs, and site updates
Review new, active, and backlog work orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
Cancel, void, update, or recreate job orders as needed to support field execution
Update work centers and commit dates to ensure proper routing
Troubleshoot job order issues and partner with work management and frontline teams
Assist with data cleanup and standardization across systems
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environment
Preferred
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Excel (preferred; training provided)
