Responsibilities
Execute the enterprise strategy for software and data platforms in alignment with business goals
Design scalable and secure systems using modern technologies like .NET, Python, Azure, and cloud-native patterns (e.g., microservices, API-first, real-time data processing)
Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering excellence to accelerate delivery and innovation
Spearhead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migrations, legacy modernization, and automation
Lead the design and implementation of modern data architectures supporting high-volume pipelines, real-time insights, and advanced analytics
Enable AI/ML, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to enhance decision-making and customer experiences
Leverage tools like Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, and Python to drive meaningful business outcomes
Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams of software engineers and data engineers
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning that embraces experimentation and excellence
Collaborate with business, architecture, and product leaders to deliver impactful solutions that improve operations and unlock new opportunities
Oversee program delivery, vendor partnerships, budgeting, and resource planning to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise standards
Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, translating complex technical ideas into clear business value and guiding digital priorities
Qualification
Required
Must Be Citizen or Green Card
Passion for building modern software and data platforms
Experience leading the development, transformation, and governance of enterprise software and data platforms
Ability to oversee a growing team of 12+ software developers and engineers
Experience in cloud computing, data engineering, and software architecture
Ability to design scalable and secure systems using modern technologies like .NET, Python, Azure, and cloud-native patterns (e.g., microservices, API-first, real-time data processing)
Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering excellence
Experience in digital transformation initiatives including cloud migrations, legacy modernization, and automation
