10+ years expOnlyHire.Me is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rough Carpentry Project Manager with extensive expertise in commercial and residential multi-unit construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple commercial rough carpentry projects simultaneously
Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, manpower allocations, blueprint revisions, change order pricing, and quality benchmarks
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating activities across internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Conduct regular site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, ensure production efficiency, and maintain profitability
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
Communicate proactively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues
Track and manage all project financials, including budgets, expenses, and forecasts
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Assess potential risks and jobsite conditions early to mitigate negative financial impact
Review and approve invoices, contracts, and change orders for accuracy and compliance
Provide clear direction and leadership to project teams, subcontractors, and field staff
Foster a collaborative, safe, and productive work environment
Mentor junior team members and support their professional development
Implement quality control processes to maintain exceptional standards of workmanship
Identify and resolve quality issues promptly
Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of proven project management experience in commercial, residential, and multi-unit rough carpentry
Strong expertise in wood framing and rough carpentry techniques
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively
Proficiency in construction estimating and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to negotiate and build lasting client relationships
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or minimum 15 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
Field experience is highly valued
Department management experience is considered a strong plus
