Responsibilities

Use Jira Delivery and Jira Product Discovery to track project work
Help gather and document engineering requirements and enter them into Jira
Keep project documentation organized and up to date
Assist with scheduling and facilitating project meetings
Track project progress and help prepare status reports
Support the creation and maintenance of project plans and roadmaps
Communicate updates and follow-ups with team members and stakeholders
Help ensure projects stay aligned with timelines and priorities

Qualification

Required

Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar role
Hands-on experience using Jira
Strong organization and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
