Corporate Housing Bookings Coordinator
Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is a fast-developing Corporate Housing provider in the USA, seeking an experienced Bookings & Sales Coordinator. The role involves serving as an active member of the sales and reservations team, liaising with clients, and exceeding sales booking targets.
Responsibilities
To serve as an active member of the sales and reservations team
Liaising with new and existing clients regarding their corporate housing needs
Aim to exceed sales booking targets at all times
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Handle inbound leads via telephone and email from new and existing clients
Connecting with customers to understand their corporate housing needs
Build and maintain relationships, always delivering a quality service
Follow up with prospects on all sales leads to convert them into bookings
Share accommodation reservation details with internal operations and accounting teams
Collect required paperwork for corporate housing reservations
Presenting corporate housing, accommodating bookings to customers
Create client contracts and present as required
Help to develop the sales process regarding budgeting and pricing
Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
Always aim to upsell further corporate housing services
Produce weekly lead tracking reports to the corporate housing team
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Continuously improve through feedback
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to sell and build relationships
Excellent IT and organisational skills
Must have a strong, friendly, bubbly personality
Must be able to work with global teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
