Handle estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and related documents
Advise businesses and individuals on a range of transactional matters
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related documents
Assist in real estate or business-related transactions as needed
Work directly with clients and firm leadership on complex, high-impact legal issues
Build and maintain client relationships within Bloomington and the Central Illinois community

Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Illinois
At least 2 years of transactional experience; estate planning experience required
Strong academic background, attention to detail, and client-service orientation
Preferred
3-5 years of transactional experience
Additional experience in real estate or business transactions a plus
