Responsibilities
Plan and manage capital programs, ensuring milestones are met across multiple projects
Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
Coordinate interdependencies between projects and collaborate with design and construction teams
Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with all codes and regulations (AHCA, ADA, NFPA, OSHA)
Lead procurement processes, contract negotiations, and stakeholder communication
Prepare project management plans and oversee execution from design through close-out
Monitor progress and ensure safety, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field (OR 12 years of equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in healthcare project management, commercial construction, or facilities planning
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or Primavera, and AutoCAD
Familiarity with construction contracts and delivery strategies
Preferred
PMP certification
