Responsibilities

General commercial/vendor contract review, drafting, negotiation and identifying and advising business functions of material issues and considerations

Assist with corporate matters and transactions

Monitor and assist with data protection, privacy and artificial intelligence laws, agreements and requests

Oversee the legal review of press releases, marketing materials and other public disclosures

Assist with employment matters and monitor relevant laws

Assist with corporate governance and compliance requirements, as needed

Conduct legal research and analysis; drafting legal memoranda

Handle special projects as assigned
