Facilities and Office Operations Manager

The Facilities & Office Operations Manager will oversee daily operations at the Redmond headquarters and Monroe workshop, ensuring a world-class experience for employees and visitors while managing facilities and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day operations at Redmond HQ and Monroe sites, ensuring both spaces are safe, clean, organized, and fully functional
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendor relationships, and supply management for both sites
Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules, access controls, and vendor contracts
Support layout planning, space utilization, and site readiness for internal and customer visits
Partner with vendors to deliver daily lunch service for all team members onsite in Redmond and Monroe, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and variety aligned with AIM’s hospitality standards
Run errands and provide on-the-ground operational support as needed to keep both sites running smoothly
Deliver a concierge-level on-site experience—curating meals, events, and hospitality moments that reflect AIM’s culture and values
Manage daily office logistics including lunch coordination, meetings, and events at both sites
Ensure all visitors (partners, customers, and vendors) experience AIM’s professionalism and attention to detail
Collaborate with internal teams to foster a warm, inclusive, and well-supported workplace environment
Partner with internal teams to plan and execute ad hoc events such as happy hours, office celebrations, birthdays, product launches, and milestone gatherings
Coordinate catering, décor, communications, and logistics to ensure seamless event execution
Maintain a pulse on team culture and help create moments of connection and appreciation that bring AIM’s values to life
Partner with People Operations to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience, ensuring workstations, welcome kits, and orientation materials are ready for each new hire
Manage AIM SWAG and branded merchandise ordering, inventory, and distribution across both sites
Support preparation and logistics for special guests, board members, and VIP visitors, ensuring their experience reflects AIM’s high standards of hospitality and attention to detail
Anticipate needs, coordinate schedules, and partner with leadership to craft memorable, high-touch experiences
Implement scalable systems for facilities requests, inventory tracking, and vendor management
Partner with IT and Operations to support equipment setup, shipping, and site logistics
Develop playbooks and SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency between Redmond and Monroe
Grow to manage a small facilities and operations team
Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and drive accountability for deliverables and standards
Foster a proactive, service-minded culture that aligns with AIM’s mission and operational rigor
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in facilities, operations, or workplace management (startup, manufacturing, or consulting background preferred)
Proven experience managing multiple sites or complex facilities
Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
