Responsibilities

Lead and coach a highly skilled team of Directors to provide exceptional care
Build successful interdisciplinary teams to further organizational goals
Create a meaningful patient-centered community and an engaging work environment
Interact with a variety of organizations, including government agencies
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations
Manage healthcare budget and operations effectively
Understand Quality Assurance & Infection control practices
Lead the community during emergency situations

Required

5 years of Executive Director, LNHA experience in a CCRC and must be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of MD
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Institution
Experience with interaction with a variety of organizations, including government agencies and wider public
Experience with AL/SNF State survey
Remains compliant with all federal, state and local regulations
Proven financial management and forecasting skills
Flexible leadership style with focus on creating a supportive and collaborative Team environment and celebrating team success and growth
Proven capability to manage healthcare budget and healthcare operations
Ability to understand Quality Assurance & Infection control practices and experience with leading the community during emergency situations
Ability to work within a diverse Team and with all levels of the employee population
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to be available 24/7
