The Engineering Intern will provide engineering design and analysis of Electrical Heat Trace Systems, build documentation, analyze project progress, and assist in project management tasks.

Responsibilities
Provides engineering design and analysis of EHT (Electrical Heat Trace) Systems within assigned project scope of work. This includes conceptual studies, layouts, specification development, and engineering drawings
Build Bill Of Materials (BOM’s), Test sheets, Engineered Drawings
Analyze project progress and, work with project manager to adjust scope, timelines and cost
Prepare requisitions as the need arises for the project teams
Preparing material documentation for customers including EHT controllers, data specifications, and any necessary customer documents as per project specifications
Analyze and communicate with the supply and procurement team priorities, expediting and shipping within the project
Expedite any materials within supply chain and develop schedules
Ensure documentation is maintained through the project duration
Change order support including development, quantity tracking and collection, and document preparation
Conduct estimate analyses and earned value reporting to develop and track project budgets and schedules
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent graduate in Engineering or related discipline
Ability to adapt to multiple projects and priorities
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize priorities based on deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
