Responsibilities
Manage construction document preparation in Revit
Build Revit models through coordination with Client models using backgrounds from Architect
Draw details in Revit
Check for conflicts between the structure and elements defined by other members of the design team
Develop custom SWA Group Revit Families
Assist other team members in learning modeler standards
Assistance with the development of renderings, diagrams, and other supporting graphics for project specific needs
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Revit experience
Working experience in Families on similar projects as listed in firm summary
Solid knowledge of Revit and Family Development
Basic knowledge of construction and components
The applicant will need to have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong rendering and graphic representation skills using various 3d platforms such as Lumion, D5, Rhino, etc
Excellent verbal, written and decision making skills within the tasks of executing assignments for SWA Group
Manage construction document preparation in Revit

Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, background in Landscape Architecture or Architecture preferred
Knowledge of Dynamo for Revit a plus
