Responsibilities
Produce financial statements and reports, reporting on financial performance
Oversee, mentor, and train staff
Complete projections and budgets, including cash management
Offer accounting expertise to staff and leadership, including researching GAAP treatment
Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy and timeliness with monthly close
Other duties and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
A minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years of this in public accounting, is strongly preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
Must be able to multi-task
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently or in a team
Must be able to acclimate quickly at different client sites, including getting up to speed with people, processes, and computer systems
Must possess a positive attitude, be able to produce our core focus, and exhibit our core values
Preferred
A CPA or MBA is strongly preferred
