Responsibilities
Support analysis of manufacturing and industrial processes, including methods, workflows, machinery, and equipment
Assist in feasibility testing and validation of quality and process improvement solutions
Support the development, review, and maintenance of manufacturing and quality standards and specifications
Perform quality inspections under supervision to verify conformance to engineering, safety, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate assigned quality activities with suppliers and subcontractors in line with established quality and contract plans
Identify process, system, or procedural gaps and support corrective actions using established change management and quality programs
Contribute to product and process quality during manufacturing and product development activities
Use and maintain quality and knowledge management systems to support documentation, traceability, and information sharing
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and industrial processes
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused approach to work
Exposure to quality tools and methodologies (e.g., inspections, root cause analysis, continuous improvement basics)
Familiarity with structured manufacturing or quality management systems
Willingness to learn, follow established processes, and work under guidance
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business, Computer Science, and/or Data Analytics
