Reaching out to vendors via phone and email to collect ACH payment information
Providing clear and professional communication to guide vendors through the process
Creating and maintaining Excel trackers to document vendor responses and details
Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail with sensitive financial information
Acting as a positive point of contact between the firm and its vendors
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience
A recent college graduate with a degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Comfortable using Excel to track and organize data
Customer service mindset
Must be able to start late January
