Responsibilities
Modernize a foundational SaaS platform
Break a monolith into scalable, event-driven services
Introduce modern architecture, tooling, and best practices
Reduce technical debt while accelerating feature delivery
Build systems that scale globally for enterprise customers
Own and deliver reliable, scalable web applications
Lead technical discovery, architecture, and solution design
Drive modernization of a legacy .NET system
Improve performance, stability, and scalability
Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines
Partner closely with Product and Design
Mentor engineers and raise the team’s technical bar
Qualification
Required
7+ years of software engineering experience
Strong .NET / C# backend expertise
Experience modernizing legacy systems
Distributed systems and event-driven architecture experience
Strong SQL and data modeling skills
Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
Experience using agentic AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Devin, or similar)
Preferred
Kubernetes (EKS), Helm
Apache Kafka
Angular / TypeScript
PostgreSQL
