Responsibilities
Oversee afterschool, vacation week and summer programs, ensuring alignment with school curriculum
Supervise staff and program providers; foster a positive and inclusive environment for youth
Coordinate logistics: attendance, transportation, snacks, budgeting, and data tracking
Cultivate community partnerships and organize family engagement activities
Ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines and assist with grant reporting
Qualification
Required
2+ years managing youth programs (Grades K–5)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's in Education, Youth Development, Social Work, or related field
bilingual (Spanish) a plus
