Responsibilities
Support and administer AI tools across the organization
Troubleshoot out-of-the-box and custom implementations of AI services in existing applications
Find ways to integrate and adopt AI tools in existing processes
Educate the business on AI use cases
Play a vital role in permissioning and licensing AI tools
Work with vendors on support issues as they arise
Interface with security personnel to ensure the AI usage complies with parameters needed to trading activity and other financial services
Qualification
Required
5+ years of industrial experience including systems and application support
Either personal or professional experience with AI tools including Gemini, GPT, Claude, Copilot, etc
Prior experience working in a cloud environment such as AWS, Azure or GCP
Prior experience with provisioning, account management and user permission
Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, mathematics or related field
Must have excellent communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of software engineering or scripting is highly preferred
Prior experience working in financial services or trading environments is a plus
