Responsibilities
Collaborating with business teams to prioritize information needs and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Analyzing datasets to answer key business questions, identify emerging trends, and develop compelling data-driven insights
Performing routine maintenance for existing integrations, including monitoring active jobs and assisting in the resolution of technical issues
Working with stakeholders and external vendors to document business requirements, use case scenarios, and 'as-is/to-be' workflows
Designing and executing test plans to evaluate the performance and reliability of system integrations
Supporting project management by coordinating activities between IT teams and various business units
Assisting in the creation and implementation of domain standards, best practices, and strategic roadmaps
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office
Proven analytical skills
Proven critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Preferred candidates to be majoring in Technology or related field
Experience providing data/research support preferred
Experience in data collection and analysis is preferred
Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, Integration tool is a plus
