Responsibilities
Running sales campaigns and driving daily/weekly revenue
Holding salespeople accountable to activity, follow-up, and closing
Training and coaching the sales team (on the floor, not from a desk)
Managing inventory, receiving, pricing, and store flow
Understanding and operating within a liquidation / discount retail model
Overseeing marketing execution (ads, promotions, local campaigns)
Managing contractor & professional customer relationships
Building and scaling e-commerce (Shopify, marketplaces, listings)
Improving systems, processes, and execution across the store
Acting as the day-to-day operator so the owner can focus on growth
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading teams in retail, sales, operations, or liquidation
Understanding of how to drive urgency, volume, and margin
Comfort with KPIs, accountability, and tough conversations
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
Desire for ownership, autonomy, and visible impact
Willingness to take on accountability and conflict
Ability to operate without constant direction
Experience in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment
