Pretzel Logic Productions is a full-service production company delivering commercial, branded, and narrative work. They are seeking a Producer & Talent Coordinator who will manage logistics and talent coordination while supporting production operations across various projects.

Responsibilities

Liaising with creative teams, producers, crew, vendors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication across all phases of production

Coordinating production logistics including transportation, accommodations, catering, equipment rentals, permits, and shoot-day requirements

Leading and supporting pre-production activities including scheduling meetings, coordinating location scouting, developing production schedules and shot lists, circulating casting breakdowns, collecting submissions, and supporting casting sessions

Providing on-set leadership and support, including managing props, wardrobe coordination, and the timing and movement of talent and crew

Overseeing setup, organization, and breakdown of production equipment and resources, particularly on small- to mid-scale productions

Proactively identifying and resolving production challenges to maintain efficiency, continuity, and quality

Independently executing production-related tasks and handling ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Coordinating talent releases, permits, and insurance documentation with accuracy and compliance

Serving as a primary point of contact for talent and client inquiries, responding promptly and triaging appropriately

Managing talent and client requests related to casting, bookings, and agency representation

Submitting talent for job opportunities and casting calls across multiple platforms

Processing bookings, generating contracts, and tracking and processing talent payments

Maintaining and updating talent databases and internal systems

Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of labor regulations, production standards, and talent agency procedures

Acting as a liaison between Pretzel Logic Productions and InnoVision Talent Agency to align schedules, priorities, and resources

Maintaining organized production files, talent records, and internal documentation

Supporting internal planning, reporting, and communication to ensure operational alignment across teams
