Responsibilities

Lead the Portfolio: Manage and oversee projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with executives and stakeholders to influence strategy and outcomes
Drive Success: Own budgeting and schedule forecasting, analyze performance, and implement effective solutions for timely delivery
Lead Governance and Standards: Define and maintain project delivery standards and methodologies to ensure high-quality, consistent execution
Champion Process Improvement: Spearhead transformation initiatives and deliver cross-functional improvements
Mentoring and Coaching: Support and develop project managers via training, sharing of best practice, and professional development

Qualification

Agile Scrum CertificationPMP CertificationProject ManagementProcess ImprovementStrategic ThinkingCommunication SkillsOrganizational SkillsProblem SolvingPresentation Skills

Required

10+ years in project, portfolio, or program management
7–10 years in leadership roles managing scope, budgets, and timelines
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Strong organizational and planning skills
Advanced strategic thinking, problem solving capabilities
Expertise in multiple project management methods and tools
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, Agile-oriented environments

Preferred

Agile Scrum and/or PMP (PgMP) certification preferred
