Responsibilities

Analyzes products for non-conformance and provides written disposition of production, test and post-production discrepancies; ensures configuration control

Identifies deviations that could impact product integrity, safety, design and regulatory requirements

Performs root causes analysis and develops corrective action for manufacturing, design and documentation issues

Provides technical support to interpret design intent and troubleshoot

Defines, initiates and approves technical content for revisions/improvements to product definition data

Audits suppliers/partners for nonconformance

Contributes to development and administration of technical training

Guides and mentors others

Works under minimal direction

Qualification

GOLDespWire harness designAcceptance Test ProcedureTechnical supportRoot cause analysis

Required

Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8 hour shift

Knowledge with GOLDesp (work orders, fabrication orders, etc)

Experience with designing the fabrication of wire harness/cables

Familiarity with Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP)

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
