Responsibilities
Promote and support individual choice and decision-making
Facilitate community participation for individuals in the most integrated setting appropriate
Maintain safety and uphold the rights of individuals served
Oversee all operational processes related to assigned programs
Select, supervise, and train program staff and volunteers
Communicate regularly with individuals and their families/guardians
Organize and lead regularly scheduled staff meetings
Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, invoices, reporting, and record-keeping
Ensure timely and accurate completion of incident, injury, and other required reports
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Minimum of 5 years experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (required)
Valid Colorado Driver's License and proof of current automobile insurance
Ability to pass a criminal background check that meets state requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, organize, and manage time effectively
Passion for advocacy, inclusion, and community engagement
