Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, fostering a high performance union culture through innovative talent management, organizational design, and change management strategies
Ensure that HR practices align seamlessly with business objectives, enabling sustainable growth and employee engagement
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance overall business performance
Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective recruiting strategies, managing HR sourcing channels, and overseeing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to attract top talent
Drive talent management programs including performance management, employee evaluation, succession planning, and training & development to foster continuous growth
Oversee human resources management processes such as benefits administration, employee relations, conflict management, and compliance with employment & labor law including FMLA regulations
Utilize HRIS platforms like ADP for data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decision-making
Manage organizational design projects to optimize workforce structure and improve process efficiency through process improvement initiatives
Support change management efforts by facilitating communication skills development and employee orientation programs during periods of transition or restructuring
Analyze data for insights that drive strategic planning and process improvements in human resources functions
