Responsibilities

Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

Drives partnership, timelines and dependencies, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies, ensuring adequate resourcing

Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies

Leads the curation and definition of the engineering component roadmap and backlog via the quarterly planning process

Optimizes data driven innovation to improve end to end delivery lifecycle

Required

8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications

Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness

Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies

Experience with Public Cloud Providers and capabilities at an enterprise scale across AWS, Azure and GCP

Extensive experience leading complex platform delivery

Advance knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context

Domain knowledge or previous experience within Infrastructure or Technology Platforms

Demonstrate ability to manage a global team
