As an Undersea Systems Advanced Systems Engineer - IPT Lead, you’ll lead a cross functional team responsible for supporting Requirements Management, Requirements Derivation/Decomposition, Test Procedure development from derived requirements, and support running developed test procedures for a TS/SCI Undersea Program

Qualification

Required

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field

Requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience

Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire

U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred

Agile experience preferred

Leading teams, interfacing with customers, and strong understanding and experience on both sides of the 'Systems V' (requirements through test)

Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools

Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions

Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success

Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
