Qualification
Required
10+ years of senior HR, consulting, or change management experience
Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives
Strong executive presence and client-facing communication
Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment
3+ years of HR experience (generalist or manager level)
Strong working knowledge of HR compliance and best practices
Comfortable supporting multiple clients remotely
Clear communication and sound judgment
