Responsibilities
Conduct Personnel Readiness Assist Visits using COMNAVSURFPAC and COMNAVSURFLANT CRAV checklists
Assess compliance across Navy personnel and administrative programs
Evaluate and train ship personnel on:
Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor (DAPA)
Urinalysis Program Coordinator (UPC)
Pay and personnel systems
Assess and demonstrate proficiency in ADMITS, iFTDTL, MyNavy Assignment (MNA), and the Authoritative Data Environment (ADE)
Provide onsite corrective training and develop remediation plans for identified deficiencies
Produce completed CRAV checklists and written status reports within the same week of each assessment
Maintain weekly proficiency in required Navy personnel systems
Serve as a trusted subject matter expert supporting PRAT leadership
Qualification
Required
Experience equivalent to a Senior Chief (E-8) or senior civilian analyst supporting Navy personnel or readiness programs
Demonstrated experience conducting or supporting Command Readiness Assessment Visits (CRAV)
Hands-on experience with ADMITS, iFTDTL, MNA, and ADE
Strong written communication skills for government and command-level audiences
Active SECRET security clearance (required)
Valid U.S. passport and ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS
Preferred
Former Navy Senior Enlisted, Chief, or senior civilian analyst
Prior PRAT, ISIC, TYCOM, or fleet staff experience
Background in Navy administrative compliance, inspections, or readiness assessments
