Develop, enhance, and maintain Windows-based desktop applications using C#

Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design methodologies

Review requirements, standards, and technical documentation to define software solutions

Estimate development effort and manage assigned modules

Create and execute unit and integration tests

Adhere to software quality processes and testing procedures

Analyze localization requirements and adapt solutions accordingly

Present technical findings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
