Responsible for ensuring data integrity through periodic audits and reviewing/revising policies/procedures in the use of supplied system software
Performs any other job-related duties as requested by the Clinical Manager or Department Director
Other responsibilities include charge reconciliation and Meditech lead
Accountable for identification of risks, hazards and mitigation efforts of unsafe practices
Qualification
Required
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Graduate from a school of Nursing, Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Informatics; or a minimum of 2 years experience implementing or Managing OR scheduling/documentation computer skills
Previous circulator or nurse educator in the OR with a minimum 5 years of recent experience
Current Missouri RN License or Multistate RN License from a participating compact state required
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Preferred
Clinical experience preferred
5 years of Operating Room experience preferred
