The Digital Architect role involves designing and presenting digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results while collaborating with various internal teams to optimize client marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
Advise clients on digital campaign structure, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocations to maximize ROI
Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, business models, and campaign objectives
Develop comprehensive SEM strategies that align with client KPIs across platforms (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, etc.)
Present new products to support holistic solution set
Consult on campaign metrics and develop insightful performance recommendations
Proactively identify trends, uncover actionable insights, and translate data into marketing strategies that deliver business impact
Collaborate with client marketing and operations teams to define tracking requirements and ensure proper attribution
Educate and upskill client teams on paid media strategy, platform functionality, and emerging trends
Serve as the marketing thought partner to clients, guiding them through strategy development and implementation
Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Act as a bridge between the client and internal service teams (e.g., sales, product, engineering, CX)
Provide feedback on platform capabilities and help influence product development through insights from the field
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on paid search experience in an agency, consultancy, or in-house performance marketing team
Proven track record of managing 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets across Google Ads, Bing, and Meta
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Experience working in a consultative or client-facing role, ideally within a Professional Services or agency environment
Deep understanding of paid media attribution models, performance KPIs, and conversion tracking
Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts for a range of audiences
Google Ads Certification and/or other relevant platform certifications
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
