Responsibilities
Partner with AMD experts to address customer challenges
Conduct technical sessions and design solutions that align with end-user goals
Ensure N+1 development systems meet industry-wide hardware/software requirements
Enable industry partners with tools, reference servers, and pre-production silicon
Manage ODM/CM partners through full project lifecycles (delivery, quality, cost)
Drive supplier performance through QBRs, scorecards, and corrective actions
Provide quality oversight in collaboration with AMD Quality & Engineering
Oversee platform allocation and demand balancing across SSG
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations for risk mitigation
Qualification
Required
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Equally effective working independently or in a team setting
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
Skilled at building internal and external relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving outcomes across global supply chains
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent industry experience), with 10+ years of experience
Preferred
Engineering or technical background with customer-facing or partner management expertise
Knowledge of market verticals (cloud, enterprise, OEM/ODM engagement, datacenter)
Hardware or software development experience
Proven success managing ODM/CM projects, including quality and QBR processes
Strong presentation skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders
