Responsibilities
Designs and develops automated control systems, including PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and integration with sensors and actuators
Programs, tests, and debugs PLC applications for a wide range of industrial processes
Builds intuitive HMI screens to support real‑time monitoring and operator control
Integrates control systems with industrial networks such as APIs, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, and DeviceNet
Leads commissioning, troubleshooting, documentation, and project coordination to ensure systems operate reliably and projects stay on schedule
Qualification
Required
Proficient in PLC programming and control systems, including RSLogix, Siemens TIA Portal, HMI development, and industrial communication protocols
Strong technical troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and resolving complex automation issues
Clear and professional communicator with strong written and verbal skills for client and team interaction
Collaborative team contributor experienced in working across multidisciplinary engineering groups
Organized and deadline‑driven with flexibility for 25% local/regional travel, 25% national travel, and 50% office‑based work
