ADL Talent is seeking an Instagram Content Lead to enhance the Instagram presence of a well-established business in the info and digital product space. The role involves owning Instagram content creation, maintaining quality and cadence, and translating vision into engaging assets while fostering a strong social media presence.

Stay current on changes across Instagram, Meta, messaging platforms, and AI
Make decisions and stand behind judgment
Follow through on what you say
Communicate directly
Take accountability seriously
Amplify what already works
Build a dominant social media presence on top of a proven foundation

Required

Demonstrated results in growing at least one Instagram account to 300,000+ followers within a 12-month period through organic content
Ability to clearly explain what you did, why it worked, and how you would replicate it again
Deep understanding of Instagram mechanics and current changes across Instagram, Meta, messaging platforms, and AI
Ability to operate calmly and consistently
Respect for systems and structure
Strong taste and clarity
Ability to push for consistency without ego
Ability to translate abstract vision into shippable assets
Comfortable working autonomously, making decisions, and standing behind your judgment
Strong communication skills and accountability

Preferred

A SCI or SCD DISC profile
Experience in creating content daily, editing Reels, producing carousels and static posts, and directing or guiding on-camera talent
Desire for responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build something meaningful
