Responsibilities
Lift, carry, and transfer bags and boxes throughout your shift
Sort clothing, household items, and toys quickly into designated bins
Identify sellable, unsellable, and recyclable items while meeting time and quality standards
Work closely with a team to maintain steady production flow
Rotate tasks and follow all safety and quality guidelines
Qualification
Required
At least 18 years old
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and moving for extended periods
Strong attention to detail while working at speed
